When the public listing is available, use the Add to Chrome button above. Open Chrome's extensions menu and pin AskRevan for easy access.
Open AskRevan in the toolbar and choose “Connect with AskRevan.” Complete sign-in in the tab that opens, then return to the extension and select your workspace.
Open a website you are authorized to record, start recording, complete a short process, and stop. Save the recording to AskRevan and review the draft before publishing.
Open the on-page Copilot to find published guides and ask questions grounded in your workspace knowledge.
Sign in to the same AskRevan account in Chrome, retry Connect with AskRevan, and check that your workspace is available. Reload the extension and refresh the website after an extension update.
Try a normal HTTPS website. Chrome settings, the Web Store, and other protected browser pages do not allow extension recording. Refresh tabs opened before installation.
Select the correct workspace and publish a reviewed guide for the relevant website. Recording a workflow alone does not publish it.
Record only authorized workflows. Screenshots can contain sensitive information: review captured steps and images, remove private details, and confirm the intended audience before publishing.
